Drafting and Limited Play
Key of Ijzeria doesn't come in random packs, but that doesn't mean you can't make your own!
The CURE system.
Key of Ijzeria is designed to capture all the fun of traditional CCGs and TCGs, but in a way that isn't exploitative or wasteful.

Even though you don't collect cards through loot boxes, random chance, or booster packs, you can still make those booster packs at home so you can play the game the way YOU want.

Every card has a rarity. These rarities don't determine how hard the card is to acquire, but rather how many times those cards show up in the randomized packs you make to play with or share with your friends.

At the bottom of each card, you will find small white circles. Simply count the white circles, and that's the card's rarity!

Common = 1 Circle.
Uncommon = 2 Circles.
Rare = 3 Circles.
Epic = 4 Circles.

Infinite Draft Packs at Home!
To make a booster pack of KOI cards, you simply take a playset of "Hello, World!". This means three copies each of the 120 unique cards in Hello, World! for a total of 360 cards.
Separate those cards into different piles based on rarity. Then shuffle each of the individual piles.
Once that's done, you take the top eight cards from the common pile and put them into your "booster pack". Then you take four uncommon cards and put them into the booster pack. Then you take two rare cards and put them into the booster pack. Finally, you take a single epic card, and add it to the booster pack.
And that's it! You've created a booster pack.

Of course, you can change this however you want, they're YOUR cards after all! But this is the normal method that is used for pack draft or sealed deck.
